Do you use fragrances in your products?

No we don't. Frangrances or parfumes are synthetic and don't work within our ethos of natural ingredients. Instead, we use essential oils which don't just make our skin care smell hella amazing, they also have tremendous healing properties for the skin.

Can I use CLEAN as a makeup remover?

Our CLEAN has been formulated to cleanse deep within the skin so yes, you will find it will remove your makeup. However, if you wear a heavy oil based make up, you will want to cleanse twice to ensure you have removed all impurities found within the makeup.

Does Lily Anne Beauty use any chemicals?

Definitely not. You’ll find no parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum or synthetic colours or fragrances in our products. Even our scent is derived from essential oils and all of our products have naturally derived preservatives. No synthetic junk is allowed in our pure, bio-active formulas.

How are the DAY and NIGHT products different?

The DAY is a lotion meaning it is lighter in texture than the NIGHT. During the day as we go about exercising, working (and pretty much trying to be super women) we don't want to use heavy face cream. So, the DAY is perfect for well... day. The NIGHT is a cream and so it's a little heavier to ensure you are getting plenty of hydration as you sleep. Neither our DAY or NIGHT are heavy thick creams. However, you will find both are packed full of hydration super powers.

Are Lily Anne Beauty products tested on animals?

No. Just humans (mostly, Melissa).

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We do our best to source environmentally friendly materials for all of our packaging. We are delighted that all of our packaging score low points for recycling. We also have as minimal packaging as possible, so you won't find your products in extra boxes that serve no use.

I have had a break out since I started using Lily Anne Beauty.

First of all, don't panic! Changing to natural products can sometimes cause the skin to detox. Even switching from one natural brand to another can have the same effect. Lily Anne Beauty uses active ingredients in all of our products and so there is a real chance the skin is going through a detoxification process. This is a good thing. However, a breakout that is prolonged and painful is never a good thing.

There might be other things that might have caused the breakout too. A change of season, hormones and different diet can all mess with our skin. Either way, we have a full 90 days for you to use our products and still get a full refund.

Are there any samples you can send me?

Not at this time. However, if you have any skin care concerns we have created this handy FAQ to help answer your concerns. And if it's particular sensitivities you're concerned about, all ingredients are listed for each product so you can check that out on the product pages. If you do purchase something that irritates your skin (highly unlikely as we have removed all known irritants and textbook nasties, but it can happen) we will refund you. In fact, you have a full 90 days to use our products.

What are the expiry dates for Lily Anne Beauty products?

All Lily Anne Beauty products will last 24-36 months.

Where are Lily Anne Beauty products made?

We're an Australian-owned company who create our products in Australia. Right here on the Gold Coast, where our HQ is based.

Who develops Lily Anne Beauty products?

We do. We are a private company, owned and operated in Australia. We use a team of formulators who have 30 years experience in developing world class skin care.

 

 

How do I check on my order?

Once an order is placed we send you an email with your order details. Then we will send you another one with all the tracking details inlcuidng a link where you can track the order.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please email hello@lilyannebeauty.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll try and help, however our warehouse may have already sent it out. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our returns and refunds policy.

Can I buy Lily Anne Beauty in stores?

No. We are online only.

What payment methods does Lily Anne Beauty accept?

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and soon..... Afterpay.

When can I expect my order?

It will depend on which postage and handling option you selected at check out. We have either standard shipping or express shipping. You must add 1-2 business days for our warehouse to ship your order in addition to shipping times.

Within Australia:

Standard: 5-10 business days. Express: 1-2 business days (you must be in an Australia Post Express Network or it will be the same time as standard shipping).

Overseas: 5 - 10 business days.

The Lily Anne Beauty Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Lily Anne Beauty products we will give you a full refund. You even get a full 90 days to try them out!

The products will need to be returned and we suggest via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Lily Anne Beauty will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.
